Terms & Conditions

Intro Offers

  1. An Introductory Offer can only be purchased & used once.

  2. Your Introductory Offer only applies to ONE specific Course. That is, a specific class in a particular timeslot, for a 3 week block, in the nominated Term.

  3. We do not offer 'make-up' classes if you don't attend all the classes in your Course.

  4. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND provided if you don't attend all the classes in your Course.

  5. You are only ENROLLED when you have PAID for your Course - its best to pay early as spaces are limited and are only allocated as payments are made.

  6. Payment is via PayID.

  7. You can't enroll in a Course on the night it starts without special arrangement.

  8. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class/course, an alternative will be offered. If you can't attend, a credit or refund will be provided.

Short Courses

  1. Your enrolment in a Course only entitles you to attend that specific class (i.e. timeslot) for the scheduled 3 week block.

  2. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND given if you don't attend all the classes in the Course. However, you are welcome to attend an alternative class IN THE SAME three week timeframe if there are spaces - ask your instructor if there is availability. 

  3. You are only ENROLLED when you have PAID for your Course - its best to pay early as spaces are limited and allocated as payments are made.

  4. Payment is via PayID.

  5. You can't enroll in a Course on the night it starts without special arrangement.

  6. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If you can't attend, a credit or refund will be provided.

Casual Passes

  1. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL if you want to attend casually to ensure there are spaces in the class.

  2. PAYMENT is via PayID prior to the class or by cash at the beginning of the class.

  3. A Casual Pass can not be ''upgraded'' to a full enrolment or Introductory Offer at the end of the class.

  4. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit tor refund will be provided.

Combination Packs

  1. A Combo Pack can only be used for ONE nominated 3 week course. That is, one class, in one timeslot, each week, for 3 consecutive weeks.  

  2. The private lesson however can be taken any time within the nominated term.

  3. There is NO CREDIT OR REFUND given if you don't attend all the classes in the nominated Course.  

  4. You are only ENROLLED when you have PAID for your Course - its best to pay early as spaces are limited and allocated as payments are made.

  5. Payment is via PayID.

  6. You can't enroll in a Course on the night it starts without special arrangement.

  7. In the event DanceFix cancels a scheduled class(es), an alternative class/time will be offered. If the student can't attend, a credit or refund will be provided. 

Private Lessons & Bridal Packages

  1. Booking a single lesson: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required via PayID to process your booking. The remainder can be paid via PayID PRIOR to your lesson or in cash at the beginning of the lesson.

  2. Booking a Private Lesson Package: The full amount must be paid via PayID at least a week before your first lesson. 

  3. You can not "upgrade to a Package" at the end of your first single lesson. 

  4. A $25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 24hrs of the booked time.

  5. The exact mobile service fee (if applicable) will be calculated & confirmed at the time of booking.
